Tuna Sushi

Tuna is one of the most prized fish in sushi, especially the fatty belly part called toro. The prized otoro comes from the underside of the tuna and is prized for its buttery texture and rich flavor. Because of its high fat content, toro is often the most expensive and sought-after cut in sushi restaurants.
