Tonkatsu

Although Tonkatsu (돈까스) is considered a Japanese dish that consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet, it is hugely popular within South Korea, too. Something about it is so comforting and lovely, I always eat it when I am in Korea. My favourite is the ones with cheese!
