Samgyeopsal
Samgyeopsal (삼겹살) is one of the most popular Korean dishes. It consisting of thick or thin, unseasoned slices of pork belly that are grilled at the table by either the people eating or the staff of the restaurant. The name translates to "three-layer meat," which refers to the layered appearance of the pork belly. It is best eaten with friends or family and with lots of soju!
