Tteokbokki

Tteokbokki (떡볶이) is one of the most popular streetfoods in South Korea. It can be found almost on every streetcorner and the sweet-and-spicy combination makes this so incredibly addictive. Due to the cheap price, it is popular within every age group. Although this particular illustrations does not show the ricecakes (떡), I promise you, they were hiding underneath the noodles! As you can see this dish was a more fancy 떡볶이 with octopus, seafood and fried foods.
